David Martin, Chief Executive Officer

With technology, engineering and operations experience from over 20 years in the clean energy industry, David Martin brings a new perspective to the sustainable water business of evandtec.  He most recently helped Dantherm expand markets for cooling and power in North America to telecom and data customers while developing entirely new services and products. David has provided critical business information and technology analyses to large and small companies through years of engineering management across the globe in the hydrogen and fuel cell industries.  As part of the team at Stuart Energy Systems (now Hydrogenics), he contributed to a successful IPO in 2000 and before that at Sulzer (now Atlascopco) deployed one of the largest clean fuel projects in Venezuela.

Graham Matthews, Chief Financial Officer

Graham Matthews has over sixteen years of experience in the private equity industry, and is the principal and founder of Upper Canada Ventures Inc. Previous to establishing Upper Canada Ventures, Graham was most recently General Partner of VenGrowth Private Equity Partners Inc., a large private equity investment firm. Prior to joining VenGrowth, Graham was Vice-President, Investments with Working Ventures, one of Canada's largest venture capital firms, where he co-founded its Technology Team. Graham has been a key player in spinning out new businesses from established companies, starting new businesses from concept, recruiting and retaining key Board and senior management members, and facilitating strategic partnerships. Graham holds Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Master of Business Administration degrees from McMaster University, is a holder of the CFA designation, and is a pending candidate for the CMA designation.

Harvey Buchanan, General Manager ION Enterprises Ltd.

Founding member of ION Enterprises Ltd in 1994. Following the founding period at ION he was employed by BMW Group. He returned to ION in 2000 where he was instrumental in improving the supply chain and executing a new distribution network and international licensing. Over a period of 18 years Harvey Buchanan and ION Enterprises has developed its proprietary patented Scalebuster water conditioning technology for the residential, commercial and industrial water treatment markets. The technology has been used by some of the world's largest commercial and industrial companies to treat scaling, corrosion, and other water challenges. Over 100,000 systems have been sold by its worldwide network of partners.
